  2. Answering the questions I didn't know about... Name/Nickname: Tiffany Where are you from? Georgia, USA (NE of Atlanta) How did you get into adhesive and heat transfer vinyl crafting? I bought my Cricut in the winter of 2020 and made my first Christmas gifts that year. I think my first project was a mug but made crafts using both adhesive and HTV that year. Your favorite vinyl crafting project so far? Shirts possibly. I have made a couple of glass boxes and enjoyed making those. One vinyl crafting challenge you've faced and how you overcame it. Putting things on straight! Try as I might, some things just go on crooked. Tools of the trade: Do you have a favorite brand or type of vinyl? Any go-to tools or machines you swear by? I love either the Siser or EV vinyl, both in adhesive and HTV. These are now my go-tos over any Cricut vinyl (which I still have a ton of because I got it in a bundle). Oh and the EV transfer tape... the best I've come across. A crafting tip or technique you'd love to learn or perfect in the near future. Sublimation. I would love to learn how to sublimate. I also want to try and start etching as well. A fun fact about yourself. I would love to get back into sewing and adding that to my crafts. I guess the most fun fact about me is that I am a musician first (singer, pianist) and I will get to be a part of my first recording production in January.
  3. Hey there. I am a little late. I start to do things and get distracted and then forget at times. My name is Tiffany. I am still a novice crafter. Lately, I haven't gotten any crafting done but I am hoping to get some things done with the holidays coming up. I still have a ton to learn in the different areas but always excited to learn new things. My goal this year had been to update my Cricut to the Juliet or Romeo, as long as I crafted things consistently this year. That did not happen, unfortunately, so hopefully next year! School has kept me pretty busy so I had to push my projects to the back burner. Happy to be in this community.
  4. From what I saw briefly, it looks like. Doesn't seem to have nearly all the features that the Maker has. Right now, the price would keep me from getting it, not to mention that I'm neither making large projects to warrant buying nor do I have the space for it. I would personally buy the Romeo or Juliet before I bought that.
